Parents and drivers are reminded of the departure time set by the school by sending an automatic notification when the specified time arrives, and the call can be made directly through the notification without the need to enter the application. The call process can be programmed to take place after 15 minutes, and this is done by following the following:
Note: Please ensure that notifications are enabled on your mobile phone.
1. When it is time to leave, the school reminder notification arrives, press the notification to view the options.
Note: This step is only performed for IOS devices, while Android devices do not require this step and proceed to the next step.
2. You can call directly by clicking on the appropriate option:
When you press the call now, the call will be made directly, and the student’s name will appear on the smart screens inside the school.
When you press the call after 15 minutes, the call will be made after 15 minutes of pressing this option, and then the name of the student will appear in the smart screens inside the school.
When you press the call later, it will not be called, and you can call through the app after opening it.
Note: The call to the student can be repeated, up to three times, provided that a minute passes between each call and after the third call, the name of the student will appear in red on the smart screens.
