Calltech

To change or enter the ID number, the following is done:

1. Log in to your <a href="https://help.calltechapp.com/en/articles/4237164-log-in-to-the-parent-and-drivers-account" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Calltech account on the mobile app</a>.

4. Click National ID / Iqama field to amend it.

5. copy of your national ID / Iqama will be uploaded to verify the account.

6. In the event that the uploading process is successful, a notification will appear stating that the national ID / Iqama reading process has been successful, press Done.

7. congratulatory notification will appear stating that your account has been verified.

Note: Please verify the correctness of your data before approving it, noting that once you amend the ID number and save it, it will be modified by all schools and authorized drivers linked to your account according to what you have modified.
