2. Click on School Profile.

3. Click on School Staff.

4. Click on Assign permissions.

5. Select employees.

⚠Note: If the school subscription is free, permissions cannot be determined.

6. Select the available permissions by pressing the activate/deactivate button.

⚠Note: If an employee is responsible for the data of students at a certain level, the level is selected by clicking on the box, so that he is not allowed to edit any of the data of students in other levels, whether editing personal data or deleting student data, etc...

7. Click on Save.

8. A confirmation message appears Yes.


9. A notification will appear stating that the operation was successful.

⚠Note: Activating employees' full Access data allows the employee to enter the employees' section and have full control over it, including specifying the permissions of other employees.
