1. Log in to the Calltech school account on the web app.
2. Click on Bus Reports.
3. A graph will appear, and you can select the graph style for display, time duration, and a list of all details of students’ data on bus trips, it contains the following:
Student's name.
Level.
Grade
Trip type: means either the trip coming to school or the trip leaving school.
Student status: This means either boarding the bus or leaving the bus.
Date: It means the date of the student’s trip, whether it was the arrival trip to school or the departure trip from school.
Time: It means the time the student gets on the bus or leaves the bus.
⚠Note: From the dashboard, the number of arriving bus trips and departing bus trips will appear during the same day, and it is updated directly with each trip operation, whether it is an arriving or departing trip, without the need to refresh the page.
