3. You will see a message requesting permission to access the camera.

5. The smart card is passed on the back of the mobile phone facing the camera until the student’s QR code is read

6. You will see a message stating that attendance registration was successful, along with the student’s full name.

You can leave it open so that the rest of the cards of other students are passed sequentially and in the same mechanism without the need to close this window, and each time a message will appear to you stating that attendance has been registered with the name of each student.

If the smart card is forgotten or lost, the school will certainly not be able to read the QR code. In this case, attendance is recorded by clicking on the card icon located under each student’s name, and then clicking on Yes.

⚠Note: If attendance or lateness is recorded by any means, an automatic notification will arrive on the Nida application for parents, and drivers, that the student’s attendance has been recorded by the school administration, and the school and parents’ reports will also be updated immediately.
