1. Log in to your account through the Nida app.

2. The Confirm pickup button will appear immediately after the student calls.

3. Click on the Confirm pickup button.

4. You will be shown with three options.

5. Click on the option that suits you.

- First choice

Confirm the student pick-up now. When you choose, you will see a notification confirming receipt has been picked up or No, not yet.

A notification will appear stating that the confirmed pickup has been successful, then click OK.

-Second choice

Calling the student again is a feature available to parents subscribed to the Premium package, as the app will allow them to repeat the call until the call notification is displayed at the top of the screen inside the school.

-Third choice

I would rather wait...If the student has not yet arrived in the car and the parent or driver wishes to wait without repeating the call.

⚠Note: After the student calls, you will receive a notification confirming the student’s pick up five minutes after the student calls, and you can confirm pick up by clicking on the notification to review the options and clicking on the option that is appropriate for you.

Please also make sure that notifications are activated on your mobile phone.
