The smart gate responds to people crossing through it from motion sensors and the smart card reader distributed in the gate, and accordingly issues audio and visual alerts, with a specific indication:

1. One green light without a beeping sound: indicates authorized entry to a person holding a smart card

once it is released, the student attendance is recorded successfully and parents are notified through the Nida app of the time, date, and log-in status (attendance, delay).

2. One orange light with one beep: Indicates unauthorized entry of a person without a smart card

the smart card may be with the student, but it is placed horizontally in the bag or is carried away from the card reader on both sides of the gate so attendance has not been successfully registered, the student can repeat the crossing trough the smart gate until attendance is recorded. successfully, you can see several cases in which the smart card is not read successfully when the student crosses the smart gate.

⚠Note: between the time of absence and leave, the gate does not read the students' cards
