1. Log in to the Calltech school account on the web app.
2. From the side menu, Click on the dashboard.
3. The number of connected smart gates is displayed. If the number zero appears, This indicates that there is no connected smart gate.
⚠Note: You will see the last activity and today's date, as the smart gate activity updates every two minutes to ensure that the smart gate is connected.
4. Click on the Profile icon.
5. Click on the attendance device.
6. All the details of the smart gates and the connection status (connected and disconnected) are shown.
⚠Note: If any of the smart gates are disconnected, check the operating requirements or contact calltech support
