1. When you open the Calltech application, click on Technical Support.

2. Click on Send us a message to open a new conversation.

3. You can start by writing your request or inquiry and send it directly.

You can also contact Nida Bot after logging in to your accounts in the mobile applications, whether the parents and drivers application or the school application, by following the following steps:

1. Open the Calltech School app.

2. Click on the Support icon.

3. Click on Chat.

4. Click on Send us a message to open a new conversation.

5. You can choose one of the solutions you need and that may help you answer your query.

School employees can also communicate with CallTech Bot through the school’s web application, either before or after logging in, by following the following steps:

1. Click on the instant conversations icon.
