How to add and send customized notifications?

2. Click on Custom Notification.

3. Click on Please enter the title here.

4. Write the title of the notification.

5.Click on Please enter the body here.

6. Write the body of the notification.

  • You can also add an emoji by clicking the emojis button at next to the character counter.

  • You can add a link in the body of notification Please make sure you type the link correctly

7. Select Who will receive this notifications?

-Target groups

1. All Parents

Sending the notification to all parents added by the school in the Calltech

application, noting that it will be sent to parents who have logged in to their accounts in the Nida app only, and their number will appear to you.

2. Select parents of students by level/grade/section:

It is intended to notify the parents of the students in the level, grade, and section who you chose from the rest of the parents.

For example: If the school wants to send a notification inviting parents to attend the graduation ceremony for students in the sixth grade only, then you can select the sixth-grade sections and it will only reach parents who have students in the sixth grade.

⚠Note: You can choose multiple rows and sections, and you can delete any option.

3. Select parents:

It means sending the notice to several specific parents or one parent only

For example: sending a notification to congratulate the parent the ideal student

⚠Note: When you type the first letter of the Parents name in the search box, a list of parents with this name will appear. You can also search for the parent using his mobile number or the first several numbers. Remember that the search options available to facilitate the process for you are varied.

❗Notic: All of the above options target parents who are logged in to apply the Calltech only.

8.After finishing of select of the target group, then click on send.

9. A confirmation message will appear, you can click on Confirm.

⚠Note: The balance is deducted based on the number of guardians who were selected only and not based on the number of mobile phones through which they logged in to their accounts. For example: 10 guardians were selected and all of them logged in to their accounts from 3 mobile phones. Let us assume that the number of mobile phones through which they logged in = 30 Mobile phones, in this case, it will not be deducted from your account, but only 10 points will be deducted from the recharge balance. 😍
