Writing mobile notifications differs from writing SMS text messages because they can be divided into:

1. A title that grabs the user’s attention and summarizes the content

2. Content within which the details of the message are written

Adding emojis, whether in the title or content, also helps to shorten long texts and give them a fun and cute character, and you may notice this in the promotional notifications that you receive from various applications.

To shorten your notification texts and take advantage of the full 185 characters, remember

1. The calltech automatically adds a footer for any notice written by you with the name of the sent school. This does not count toward the number of characters, so there is no need to write the name of the school within the text of the notice.

2. There is no need to add a full stop at the end of the notice text.

3. You can benefit from adding emojis to shorten texts.

4. You can target a specific grade and section, so there is no need to write that in the notification text as well.

⚠Note: To ensure approval of the text of the notification sent by you, avoid sending wording that is inappropriate or inconsistent with the policies of the calltech to learn more.
