Follow up on custom notification requests

2. Click on Custom Notification List.

3. A list appears containing all the details of mobile notification requests.

⚠Note:

  • The submission status is Pending Approval once your notification is submitted and is updated when the Calltech team reviews your notification.

  • If the request is approved, the status changes to Approved and Sent, and then the notification arrives immediately to the parents’ app, and the balance is already deducted.

  • If the request is rejected, the status changes to Sorry, the request was rejected, and you can find out the reason for the rejection by clicking on Why? The balance is not deducted and the points are returned to your account.

The reason for the rejection of the request will appear in full by clicking on Why? You can just send a new notification after you edit it based on the reason for the previous rejection.
